Who loves eating raw cookie dough?
When I was young, I would sneak into the kitchen, go into the freezer and eat raw cookie dough. So unhealthy, but I remember it being amazing. Luckily, this version is healthy and you don’t need to be sneaky eating it. However, you may want to hide the ingredients list from your kids because this dip is made with garbanzo beans.
Say what?!
Yes, you read that right, garbanzo beans.
I’m not kidding this recipe sounds odd, but it tastes delish! It’s sweet yet filling. Great for snack time! Are you convinced? Are you going to try it? Please try it, you won’t regret it.
