I just used store bought granola, peanut butter and hazelnut butter to drizzle. Pair this with oolong tea and you’ve got yourself a treat!
If you have a nut allergy you can definitely use sunflower butter instead of peanut butter. My niece is severely allergic to peanuts so I make a nut-free version. Kids will love these healthy treats!
- 1 apple
- 3 tbsp peanut butter or any nut/seed butter
- 1/4 cup granola
- 3 tbsp vegan hazelnut spread to drizzle, optional
- Cut apples into wedges
- Spread nut butter onto each slice then sprinkle granola on top.
- You can drizzle hazelnut spread on each slice if you desire.
