Here’s another easy recipe, hummus. I love hummus! I use it to dip veggies, chips and as a spread for veggie wraps. This hummus is oil free with tons of flavor. Perfect spring time snack. Enjoy!
Lemon Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
- 18 oz garbanzo beans canned
- 1 large lemon juiced
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp tahini sauce
- 1 tbsp liquid aminos
Instructions
- Pour garbanzo beans into a strainer and rinse. Place beans in food processor with other ingredients and pulse until combined. That’s it! Refrigerate hummus in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
Now wasn’t that easy? You can serve with raw veggies or crackers. I use Mary’s Gone Crackers, they’re gluten free, non-gmo, organic and vegan.
