These raw vegan Ferrero Rochers are easy to make, they’re healthy and they only have 4 ingredients.
I love making these when I’m craving something sweet. I can enjoy these guilt free because they’re gluten free, oil free and refined sugar free. Hope you enjoy!
Vegan Ferrero Rocher
Ingredients
- 10 – 15 medjool dates, pitted use less dates if you want it less sweet
- 1 cup raw hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
Instructions
- 1. Place the hazelnuts into a food processor and process until you get a crumbly texture (finely chopped). Set aside 1/4 cup of this to use as your topping. 2. Next you’ll add the rest of the ingredients into the food processor and blend until it is well combined. 3. Once combined, your mixture should stick together. Scoop 1 tbsp of this mixture and form a ball using your hands. 4. Lastly, roll the ball in the hazelnuts you set aside until its coated. 5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy with a cup of tea!
