There are so many variations of this drink, but you can use this recipe as a basis. Sometimes I add turmeric, pepper and ginger for more health benefits. For sweetness, I add manuka honey or maple syrup. This drink works well when you use it in conjunction with a well balanced plant based diet and exercise.
- 1-3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered with the Mother
- 12-16 oz water
- 1 medium lemon juiced
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- Add all ingredients into a mason jar and stir until well combined. Drink it with a glass straw so it doesn’t damage the enamel on your teeth.
