Grateful Greens Smoothie

This powerhouse smoothie is packed full of superfoods. You'll be grateful that you made it!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup kale fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder link to this can be found in my shop tab
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • If using fresh ripe bananas versus frozen bananas, add a 1/2 cup of ice to your ingredients list
  • Medjool dates are a natural sweetener, adjust amount to your liking. Be sure to remove pit before blending.
  • If you like a thicker smoothie, lessen the amount of liquid. If you want a thinner consistency, add more water
