Black beans

corn kernels
cooked or canned

cucumber
chopped

red bell pepper
chopped

orange bell pepper
chopped

vine ripe tomatoes
chopped

avocado

bunch
cilantro
chopped

white onion
chopped
1
clove of
garlic
minced

large
avocado
chopped

jalapeno
chopped (this ingredient is optional)
Dressing
1 1/2
cups
hummus
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar

tsp
chili powder
1
tsp
sea salt
1
tsp
pepper
1
tsp
cumin
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
Instructions
Combine all veggies and beans into a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, add all of the dressing ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Pour dressing over veggies and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour so everything can merry

You can eat this as is or serve it up with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
