PB & C Smoothie

This is a decadent peanut butter and chocolate smoothie. A perfect sweet treat!

  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 3 pitted medjool dates add more or less to taste
  • 2 cups frozen bananas or 2 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder


  • Add all ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.


  • If using fresh ripe bananas versus frozen bananas, add a 1/2 cup of ice to your ingredients list
  • Medjool dates are a natural sweetener, adjust amount to your liking. Be sure to remove pit before blending.
  • If you like a thicker smoothie, lessen the amount of liquid.
  • Peanut butter is called in this recipe, but you are welcome to use any nut butter. If you have a nut allergy use sunflower butter aka sun nut butter.
