This delicious tropical smoothie will make you feel like you're on vacation in Hawaii. If not just close your eyes and image being on the islands lol
- 3/4 cup plant milk I use oat milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 3 pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen banana or you can use 1 fresh ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- If using fresh ripe bananas versus frozen bananas, add a 1/2 cup of ice to your ingredients list
- Medjool dates are a natural sweetener, adjust amount to your liking. Be sure to remove pit before blending.
- If you like a thicker smoothie, lessen the amount of liquid.
