Aloha Smoothie

This delicious tropical smoothie will make you feel like you're on vacation in Hawaii. If not just close your eyes and image being on the islands lol

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plant milk I use oat milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen banana or you can use 1 fresh ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until smoothie. If smoothie is too thick for your liking, add more water.

Notes

  • If using fresh ripe bananas versus frozen bananas, add a 1/2 cup of ice to your ingredients list
  • Medjool dates are a natural sweetener, adjust amount to your liking. Be sure to remove pit before blending.
  • If you like a thicker smoothie, lessen the amount of liquid.
